Unit 3, 109-111 Belmont Road, Hereford  This Planning Support Statement has been prepared to accompany the planning application to seek to extend the hours of opening at the Dominos franchise at Unit 3, 109-111 Belmont Road, Hereford. The current hours of use are restricted by condition 1 of planning permission DCCW2003/3853/F.  1.2 The current authorised opening hours are 0700 to 2300 hours each day of the week. The proposed hours would allow the premises to be open at the operator's discretion until 0200 hours on Sundays to Thursdays and until 0400 hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Direct counter sales to visiting customers would cease at 2400 hours (midnight) and only delivery sales would take place after that time until the unit ceased trading for that day. The additional trading hours are being proposed in order to bring the planning condition into line with the consented Premises Licence for this unit.  1.3 It is proposed that the condition be varied for a temporary, trial period only initially in order to assess any implications from the use during the extended hours. The intention from the planning application is to relocate Broadlands Primary School to within Aylestone School itself. Reducing pupil numbers at both schools has allowed this to happen.
