This grant application appears to be limited to building work or that type of project to me, they are talking about plans of sites before/after, confirmation of landowners consent, 2 quotes etc. What if some group would like to apply for a grant for victims of natural disasters or individuals who seek to open a small business or an organised coach trip for pensioners to Barry Island?

Although I tend to agree with what Denise has said, I see no real reason for your wife to hide this from you, particularly if she knows that it has unsettled you, I agree with Colin in that some reassurance is in order perhaps, which would go a long way to putting your mind at least. I agree with you Denise trouble ahead and although I accept we must do our bit for genuine refugees I also believe that a huge percentage are migrants (mainly male). Germany is already experiencing large problems and Angela Merkel is loosing votes daily because of it. I am still unsettled as to why lot of these people are trudging their families hundreds of miles across Europe to come to Britain, especially when these countries are safe!

Were potential buyers not given a layout of what parking would be provided before they purchased their properties? I notice that 33% have said that they were given enough information prior to moving in, so from my understanding the remaining 67% either purchased or have rented a property without seeing or fully understanding the full layout? (taking into account that for the purchasers this is probably biggest investment in their lives) Or are these people suggesting that the plans have changed? 3. Broadband is down to BT or your ISP, I have never known it be the responsibility of the developer in fairness.

Colin has a difficult job managing all the different personalities but in fairness to him in general he is pretty fair and runs provides a good forum for debate. Keep up the good work.

More crime along here, what ever happened to the additional lighting? I thought there was CCTV or was this in an area not covered perhaps.

You do not see enough of these anymore. Council grit the main roads but quite often small roads where we all live are a nightmare.
