    Have been using Edgar Street a lot this week and the lights there are working well for once. With all roadworks due to be completed this weekend and the resurfacing of Victoria Street both ways from roundabout to the bridge overnight Sat/Sun we will soon see what the traffic will be like.

    Just plain butt ugly if you ask me. I have seen the drawings for this side of Edgar Street and they show some sort of foliage,think they will need a forest to cover it.

    I'm sure the complete idiots have put traffic lights back on the Widemarsh St jctn.WHY??? Lost the bloody plot they have. From Folly Lane to Newmarket St roundabout 9 sets of traffic lights,I'm seeing red....and yellow and green

    There are just doubts at the moment.My lad starts at waitrose and has been told the issue is to do with health and safety around the development.

    I cannot see why the new right turn lane has not been finished yet that is causing traffic build up due to one lane being closed..It look ready for a bit of tarmac.Maybe they have run out of the black stuff filling all the bloody potholes.
