Its this same in France Colin. Personally I think that providing you have spent at the shopping centre then parking should be free and I am not talking a minimum spend of £20 either.

Just counting the empty shops thus far (not including Watercress) we have a staggering 54 empty shops in 2015 in Hereford, this is scary! Compare that to the large number of empty shops that Colin highlighted last year of 41 empty shops and it's not looking good. This is a very good exercise Colin and obviously a tremendous amount of effort on your part, thank you for highlighting this. The HT would be well to publish your findings too.

I have a question: 1. Can I request a larger black bin? (The same size as my recycle bin would of been ideal. I fail to see how you can physically manage to put 4 black bags in this little wheelie bin? If it were the same size as my green recycle bin I may have a chance.

BB should now totally remove this weed at their expense and without any charge in my opinion, they will have already been paid to complete the work, it's not the tax payers fault that they are incompetent!!

They are filling the stores slowly, good to see something new in Hereford.

I have never seen Hereford look so rough, long grass and overgrown trees's and weeds everywhere. I even noticed weeds on top of the old city wall, what does that tell you about our council?

I think todays weather will have had a huge effect on this.

Unless the owners were prepared to refurbish this pub it was always on a road to closure. There are some very smart/trendy pubs throughout the country in hidden back streets just off the main area's. If this pub had of been completely refurbished and made more modern, turn the car park into a beer garden, I'm sure it would of been okay and survived but without any cash injection it's dead and almost buried unfortunately, easy for me to say I know but that's what I think was missing. Real shame.
