Alex
How did it get under the iron bridge on the Belmont Road? must of been very close
Glenda Powell
I was thinking the same thing, headroom under the bridge is quite low. Anyone know where was it going? Colin appreciate you sending me the photo of the plane at the Oval, Glenda
bobby47
Hello Councillor. I saw your letter in the HT. Well done. The aircraft at Pontrilas has been falling apart for a long time. Constant flash bangs and forced entries have reduced the old training craft to a pile of scrap. This is its replacement Glenda.
Glenda Powell
Bobby47,thank you for your kind comments about my letter, I have sent another one for this week HT. Also for the information about the plane.
megilleland
How did it get under the iron bridge on the Belmont Road? must of been very close The traffic reports said the load was 16ft 1in high. If you google street view the belmont road bridge advance warning sign states 16ft maximum. So there must have been a margin for error. M. Preece
We know where your going though... I assumed Pontrilas from your comment
Colin James
Two years ago, I thought we had seen an airplane on the Belmont Rad before.
Chris Chappell
Well we can see it all again next Sunday as another plane, ( the other half!) takes the same route at the same time.
