ragwert Posted August 4, 2017 Report Share Posted August 4, 2017 This is Sam again.I had a chat with her this morning as I was asked to remove the rubbish that she had been installing as a wind barrier on some private land I'm looking after.It was pretty obvious by what she was saying to me that she has mental problems.She said she likes to be seen and will set up campsites to do so.She also said she's not homeless and never has been as she has more than a few tent homes pitched up.
