I think they are breaking the law and trying to exploit Tesco's brand in an attempt to steal their brand. It does not matter how big Tesco are, it is wrong!

A new fish and chip shop is opening next week in Grandstand Rd Hereford. Edwards Plaice will open on Monday and the Mayor of Hereford, Charles Nicholls, will be cutting the ribbon. It is a restaurant so you will be able to eat in or takeaway.

Tesco's will jump all over this if they have any sense! Identity theft! Some of the European shops in Eign Gate, such as Biedronka and Kubus are both famous brands in Poland and these people just steal their identities including their company logo's! I am surprised nothing has been done about it yet.

To be honest, I hate it when they do that. In some case yes but most of the time when the old building is incorporated it usually look pretty poor. Look at the frontage of the old Crystal Rooms, I mean go and have a good look, personally I think it looks awful. A nice new building would of looked much better in my opinion.

lol I thought the same thing. The Court Yard is a great asset to Hereford and it was never going to be a huge venue (stage) but the atmosphere is really nice and we have been to several shows this year.
