Good riddance.

Thought I would give you guys a little update on my Sainsburys ticket.
Got a few threatening letters about court/bailiffs - ignored them all and nothing now for about 2 months.
I have not contacted them and they appear to have gone away.
I do however still shop in Sainsburys.
Good for you Dan, lets hope the letters stop altogether.

Here is a new useful website that may help. http://www.donotpay.co.uk/signup.php
Good to know, thanks for sharing this information.

I have my own views on beggars but I am not saying a word otherwise the loony lefties will start and I cannot be arsed with them.

What is the fad with Land Rovers all of a sudden? They are being stolen to order no doubt.
-
I would guess your answer would reflect the view of the forum.
What is the view of the forum or do you mean the view of some of the members of this forum? Please do not be naive believing the view that you refer too is limited to just this forum. Roger you are 100% correct we do have a housing crisis. This house should be made good again and offered to the next family on the waiting list.

They only there 3 days, so why fuel for 7????
ha ha well spotted. A lot of unhappy people too.

On a slightly more sensible note, that would only leave the Saracens Head (only just as it's on the river path pretty much) and The Broadleys south of the river? (in town of course)
Saracens head is still empty too.

The place has looked pretty shoddy for a number of years, so no investment eventually the inevitable has happened. Every time I have have gone passed over the last 3-4 years all I ever saw was a mobility scooter outside and a dog in the window, cannot remember seeing much other activity.

Paul, The two groups (INDE & IOC) are as far apart as they could be, there are some in the IOC & Inde has good intentions but go about it in the wrong way, i.e. personal gain, at the expense of the people they serve. The Inde in the past has spoken with IOC to do what some have already said decide to not put candidates up against each other on the same ward, and to be fair to the group I am no longer with they have done that only for IOC to go back on their word, they did this time as in 2011 flooded all wards with candidates even where Independents were standing prime example Newton Farm where I was told by John Harrington they were not putting anyone up in Newton Farm, as it has been said before on another thread it just dilutes the votes and no one wins. All opposition groups need to look where they went wrong this time and look again at the way they go about things because until they do they will all lose! Thank you for your vote.
I too voted for you Glenda, that said, you can't really have a go at IOC for trying to get as many candidates to stand, the person at fault here is not your opposition but your own party member!!!! I agree with what others have said, joining forces would be an option certainly worth having a discussion together about, nothing to loose by having a look if both parties can find common ground. There are some bad apples in both parties as far as I can tell, so this *** for tat is nonproductive. Together you could easy get rid of the conservative council or you can both plod along and they win every time.

Well done Phil.
Says the man who lives in Hinton?
-
You have only got to look at the state of the man to see what a vile creature he is.

Some really great photographs, out of interest, what camera do you use Colin?

This is interesting considering what has been happening around the world.

Let's just be clear about this...I was told by the house-holder that it was fly-tipping and from a legal point of view it was...if I had done that I'm sure none of you would be making excuses for me..
Oh and they put the bags in the garden and left the wheelie bins out on the pavement causing an obstruction....
As for any of your other comments and cheap shots at me...1/10 for effort try harder guys x
Phil's way or the highway as usual.
-
Dippy, when householders took possession of the new bins they also had a booklet stating when the bins were being emptied, on what date, for both household rubbish and recycling, also being asked to put their bins out the night before immediately outside the gate or boundary to their property not to obstruct the pavement or road, they also had stickers with their house numbers to put on bins, so anyone obstructing the pavement or road can be easily identified from their bin.
Well they can be identified assuming that they put their number on the bin, I know that I have not put my number on my bin because I never had a leaflet, unless it blew away before I got home the day that they were delivered, but yes, in general common sense should prevail.

Yep ignore these scammers dishing out the fake parking fines.

Tesco shares are up a fair way today (store announcements) and they are pushing heavily on FB tonight ... Branston Pickle and Tetley's Tea Bags all over their own website as well.
Seems they are all over the Worcester News as well ... I think it is way over the top!
I think the Malvern Gazette and Worcester papers are the same people who run HT.

Good example of not jumping to conclusions and posting mis-leading thread titles.
Video is not working, admin please delete this thread

I am fed up treading on eggshells with these fanatics! They preach on our streets and nothing is done, yet when someone says the slightest thing the events of today happen over and over, I hope they rot in hell! Yes yes masked always! Such cowards!!!!!

He wasn't following the etiquette of the 'rank' ~ which is to go from the front. I personally haven't seen a 'local' driver calling out from the back of the 'rank' to hijack a fare. For that reason I thought it relevant. Just as valid a point is that the local drivers' don't need a sat nav to go to some very well known street in Whitecross, or Belmont, or wherever. Someone who's not been here long, or who might be one of the one's who seem to have migrated from Worcester might well do. Previous moans on the internet about that. Trying to warp my comment into some sort of racist moan is wide of the mark.
On a similar note I was in Liverpool yesterday and I asked to be dropped off at a particular pub. Not some random pub. But the one that was the birthplace of Liverpool FC. Driver hadn't got a clue where that was. Foreign driver.
So what if the driver is not from Hereford? I have just come back from Germany and even though the tai driver was local he was not familiar with a restaurant and also had to refer to his SatNav. I think you have an issue with foreign taxi driver by the sound of it Roger, get in the real World my friend! It does not matter about Colour, Race or Nationality, that has nothing to with it and I am shocked in this day and age people like you still discriminate. This topic is about taxi drivers including non 'foreign' drivers refusing short trips.

Where were all the so called directors when the club was struggling?I notice most left the sinking ship, just in time.
Nick Nenaditch another article here
Listed here are all of the clubs directors earlier this year.
-
If this happened to me I would take their badge and vehicle registration number and report them, so not they can pick and choose the best fares? Not only that but this will end with in fighting between the drivers of the various companies. Council need to start revoking licences.

Good to have additional supporters of such a good website, keep up the good work.
