  1. I called by the duck pond today and is was good to see Corden there scooping out the duckweed. To be fair to Corden he has been spending two or three hours here everyday this week in between jobs. The duckweed appears to be sitting at the one end, which is making it a lot easier to manage. Corden has created a nice stack ready to be spread out, where it will rot naturally. If anyone is around this afternoon or tomorrow and have some nets please come along a lend a hand. I will be here again tomorrow. The pond is looking a lot better since the event last weekend and Corden continued efforts to remove the duckweed.
  2. I see this EVERYDAY! Why are the police not doing anything about this? I saw a guy riding no handed again this morning while texting. I have just dropped the Mrs off to work and already seen at least 3 cyclists and it is only 0825. This guy was on his mobile as you can see New bridge criminal Holmer Road footpath cyclist
  3. Today's footpath cyclist... And these are only the photographs taken when I have a passenger, I miss loads when driving.
  4. So what is the difference here then? How are these lights not distracting? These places are each side of the Herdsman pub
  5. Here are a couple of before and after photographs. Before After The breeze had moved the duckweed to one end as you can see from this photo and although there is a lot of silt at the bottom of the pond the water itself looks pretty clean. Petrina doing her best to remove the duckweed It wasn't long before Petrina capsized and Steve came to the rescue
  6. Not in keeping with the rather EXPENSIVE cladding on the building next door perhaps... This is a joke it really is.
  7. I popped along early this morning and saw Corden Smith kindly jet washing the wall as he promised, thanks, Corden. Also nice to see the water, the breeze today has pushed the duckweed to one end.

  13. Here is this morning's criminal. My passenger and I saw him riding through the city centre behaving pretty inconsiderate, so when we saw him coming down the road behind us at the traffic lights, we just knew he was going to stop and guess what... http://www.youtu.be/sXYs0PCYt9w
  14. It happens daily in Hereford but in fairness cyclists in London are even less considerate.
  15. The new duck pond sign is ready! Thank you to Becky and the team at Vets4Pets for sponsoring this sign and for Print Plus for creating it.

  17. I witnessed this chap cycle from out of the subway, even though there is a sign telling cyclists to dismount. Then spotted this chap riding on the footpath on Belmont Road.
  18. Yes, I added this to our Facebook page yesterday and forgot to post it on here. Hopefully, this will develop into more jobs again in the future.
  19. Classic journey this morning, my passenger did the filming, we were behind this cyclists and witnessed him ride straight through at least two sets of traffic lights when they were on red and he was on a video call most of the time. http://www.youtu.be/pabn2YEwUAE http://www.youtu.be/ruDmZ6AXIXk
  20. Lets text and ride on the footpath all at the same time. Or we could just ride on the footpath just as it getting dark and without lights
