dippyhippy Posted March 20, 2016 Report Share Posted March 20, 2016 Bill Norman, was the monitoring officer for Herefordshire.... up until he offered to take redundancy. The council had temporarily made the role come under the jurisdiction of the deputy solicitor. This was an interim arrangement, for nine months. That was six months ago....so I'm guessing it will be filled on a more permanent basis shortly, if it hasn't been already.
