Shame on anyone who tries to link the decision to sell a site for development with the holocaust
Agree 100% out of context and out of order!
I do not agree with most Mr Bramer's politics either but lets have a debate about it and refrain from ANY association with the holocaust WTF were you thinking when you wrote those words?

It seems to be around public order and police finances. In reality it is about fairness. Why should it be that the cold food shops - Lunchbox, petrol station etc. can be open until dawn if they want but the hot food places cannot?
What are the reasons the police and the council give for there being more problems with customers who want hot food as opposed to cold food.
After all I expect the area still needs to be policed. What is needed is for one of the hot food shops to apply to amend their licencing hours and then for the matter to be debated.
Yep that's sounds about right and I agree it is about fairness this is unfair on all the hot fast food places, take aways and restaurants.

I think fortnightly collections will be a disaster especially for larger families where their rubbish is much bigger, this will just attract more cats and rats, which will then become an even bigger problem.

I agree with Frank! Sort it out guys your embarrassing yourselves. On another note there is already a Tenants Voice Here, I still think using the word voice is a bit cheeky personally and you are using that name as a cheap way of getting noticed on the back of all Hereford Voice's work, just my view.
I think smartieno1 is trying to help people for which he has my admiration but I do think he should use a different name it's too close to Hereford Voice or it may seem associated which is is not.

Hereford United 0 Gateshead 1
nothing new here then
-
It's looks like a shed and all of that wood looks **** and cheap, the other side looks better but too many bricks in my opinion, should of been beautiful glass all around that corner like somebody has already suggested.
-
And they lost yet again 2-0 yesterday to Woking. When was actually the last time that Hereford United won a game?
I am not sure the history holds details that far back lol with regard to Heineken this is a great little advert for them, although it appears that they are being very generous it's also a very clever publicity stunt too make no mistake about that! I would rather of seen £10,000 given towards saving someones life, like the air ambulance or cancer research but hey that's just my opinion.
Where are the clubs directors now then? I think this question has been asked before. :Cha ching:

I had the same thoughts, I find HV very informative and Colin very rarely (if ever) edits or removes members posts unlike the HT and some other websites and should be congratulated on such a well run site, not criticised or branded boring!!! Nice compliment from silent bull
Maybe he should stay silent with comments like that Bill

Some interesting toilet reading
lmao

I did not think for one minute it would be open on time, looks nowhere near finished at the moment.

Soooo.....I haven't been along here yet, is the black strip of tarmac to the right of the van a cycle path?
I'll reserve judgement on how narrow this is until we've negotiated it in Morrison - our camper van!
Its very narrow, I came through there about 2 hours ago and there is no way a bus or lorry will get through there without going up on the kerb NO WAY!

But you are, in fact, you're paying them to drag it down.
I get that you're a big supporter and I'm not knocking that. I'm just saying that it isn't a great club, they have a history of bad management, they don't play well and now they are getting the fans to pay off their debts.
If someone with a good management background was coming in to take over with better club management, better use of the grounds and better players, and they needed a little boost to get going, I'd support you. But as it stands, the fans are just throwing money at a failing club in order to allow it to continue to fail. To me that's just nonsensical
You know what they say; "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome"
I am with you on this one Biomech, I can't remember the last game they won, too many wannabe directors, where are they now? probably out begging their fans for money too no doubt. The club is finished, unless a real serious investor comes forward but to me that is clutching at straws, it's a sad day for the real HUFC fans but I think the club died years ago.

I bet Wilko regret their recent move to Hereford..
-
As I mentioned in another thread, i could probably do that. But for many families and properties it's potentially going to cause big problems.
Of course, is this about trying to save money or just a silly idea?
-
I understand that Hereford will soon be having black wheelie bins and refuse collections reduced to once a fortnight.
Half the rubbish bags that are over a week old stink and that's if the local wildlife has not already opened them and dragged the contents along the streets. Not the best idea in my opinion.
-
Anyone notice we have even more bloody traffic lights installed on the Edgar St / Blackfriars St junction
What's wrong with putting a roundabout here instead
This is what Colin and the new Hereford Reunited Group have been banging on about.
-
Wow, some really good shots taken here Colin, what camera are you using?
-
To be honest I do not know anyone on here. I met Colin and Bill at the recent meeting but other than that I have not met anyone else from HV. Looking forward to the summer curry

I must say Roger that that kebab is making me feel hungry...and from which local kebab house is this beauty from?
-
The idea of the vote on the right gives an indication of what others think about what a member has written, we are all entitled to our opinion and it may not always be the same as yours. I have seen this on many other forums so this is nothing new.
-
They probably had other news that had a financial incentive that they decided to print instead
Or HV got there first again
-
What a brilliant idea, well done to HV for supporting such a good cause.
-
I see the HT have picked up on this a week or so later with THIS ARTICLE.
Don't be surprised if pets at home leave Hereford within 2 years...
The HT are always slow to react but I can see where you are coming from and I too will not be surprised to see pets at home leaving at some point, how short sighted of their landlords. :Cha ching:

If you feel like that Glenda then please reject the invite to the opening.
As for killing High Town, I find that highly ironic as you yourself back the 'law' stopping hot food traders opening after 1.30am.
You are yourself denying local traders profit.
Sorry Glenda but I have to agree with YourHerefordshire on the comments above. CVP is very active in Hereford and I have to congratulate her on 95% of her work but I think she let a lot down by supporting the closing hot food establishments after 1.30am. I am completely behind Colin's campaign to get this silly rule reversed and wonder if CVP could find a way that would see her support these local businesses staying open until they decide to close?
