Hereford Voice
The possible opening of a Shisha Bar near to Asda in Hereford have been blocked because plans have been refused. The location for a Shisha Bar would have been at the rear of number 8 Belmont Road (behind the Dino Asian market). Plans were refused by virtue of the siting of the proposal in close proximity to residential properties, it is considered that there would be an unacceptable adverse impact upon the properties from air pollution and noise. Peter Thomas-Cruttwell
This is a feeble excuse from the planners, there are vape shops springing up all over town, so what's the difference here?
