The first man officers are keen to trace is a white man with an Eastern European accent who was seen on the river towpath and entered Costcutter just after 11:30pm the day before Christian was killed (June 20). He is thought to be aged in his mid-20s and was seen wearing an Adidas cap, a dark jacket with a light coloured motif on the front left side, light coloured tracksuit style trousers and trainers with distinctive blue laces.

A second white man was seen on the Belmont Road at approximately 10.20pm on the night Christian was killed. He is thought to be in his late 20s or early 30s with short blond or highlighted spiky looking hair and was wearing smart black trousers, black shoes, a white long sleeved shirt with a dark and silver waistcoat.

The same man was also seen leaning against a wall near Poole Road and walking past McDonald's drive-through on Belmont Road at approximately 11pm.

Detective Chief Inspector Leighton Harding said: "These two men were in the area the same weekend Christian was killed and as of yet they are unidentified. We are keen to speak these individuals as they could hold vital information to assist the investigation.

"If you recognise yourself in these pictures please come forward to police as soon as possible.

"Despite it being six months after Christian's death the investigation continues as rigorously as it was in its early stages. We are actively investigating a number of possible scenarios and all additional information could assist in this aspect.

"Christian's family need answers. They are now facing their first Christmas without a much loved family member. I would urge anyone who knows anything which could assist our investigation to look to their conscience, especially at this time of year, and help us bring Christian and his family justice."

West Mercia Police says up to £10,000 is being offered for any information which results in the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Christian Bagley.

Anyone with information should call the non-emergency 101 number quoting the incident reference 717s of 21st June or contact the incident room on 0800 056 0944.

Information can also be passed anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or at crimestoppers-uk.org
