I am sorry to be negative here, but how vile is the colour paint that they have used around The Oval? it's like a cheap yellow! Could they not of come up with just a pale cream or something, anyway besides that,, I thought that it was all being knocked down?? so why are they wasting more of our money on this pointless scheme, I mean it's been okay for the past 20 years or more so why decide to paint it now?

Red tape red tape!! What a nightmare, I am not suprised that fly tipping goes on with these obstacles, surely common sense should play a part here especially as you offered to show them the actual rubbish and it was clearly household waste.

I am a local resident and this idea sounds good. St Francis would be an ideal place to have the hub, but it would need tidying up or refurbishing at the very least. Kids and fires seem to be popular especially on Friday nights, the NEW Police station could do with being open 24hours from say Friday 5pm - Sunday 4pm this would help!! That Police station has been a complete waste of money as it is hardly open at all!!!

The new pictures added today show that this is not working, which is what Colin James said from day one. I fail to see how Coucillor Edwards has suggested that it's fine and working well too?

I have to agree, I often walk along the Great Western Way, and the litter along there is terrible.

I totally agree!!! What happened to the days when you would video the school xmas play and other parents would ask you for a copy? I have noticed that you are not allowed to photograph at the Hereford Pool anymore, why not?? not only sad but as you have said it's pathetic.

Apparently there have been many complains about this sites inaccuracies, site must be very busy and it takes ages to load up, so I will check again later.

I got them from the Belmont Rural website, but I think maybe the admin could start put a copy on here perhaps for our members. I think it would just be a case of the secretary sending a copy email?

Same answer then really, I am not being negative as I appreciate that they are under some pressure currently but we have the same issues year after year, it's about time we became more prepared as snow in this country is not something that is new. There has clearly been a constant change in the weather pattern over the past 8 years or more and still the whole place comes to a stand still. It will be floods next.

They rarely come onto the estates in my experience.

No, I think Colin is saying that since he has set up the newer Belmont Voice and only 2 councillors have joined so far. While I appreciate that other councillors may have issues with some of their colleagues, it is very unprofessional and immature that they have not joined up because of this and this is my opinion. Frank
