Hereford Voice Posted March 10, 2022 Report Share Posted March 10, 2022 Emergency services were called to the scene at Netherton in Herefordshire just after 10am this morning. Later West Midlands Ambuland Service confirmed the body of a person had been found in the River Wye today. A spokesperson for the West Midlands Ambulance Service told Hereford Voice “We were called by the fire service at 10.41am this morning following reports of a person in the River Wye near Backney Bridge, Ross on Wye. An ambulance, paramedic officer, community first responder and HART paramedics attended. Sadly, it quickly became apparent that nothing could be done to save the person and they were confirmed deceased on scene.” Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
