Apart from my evening classes I also visit care homes and assisted living facilities in and around Ledbury, Malvern and Ross teaching Seated Zumba Gold, which is immensely fun and has lots of benefits. These classes are so popular that I'm looking to expand in to Hereford and I'm wondering if there are any facilities in and around the city that would benefit from this? I offer a free 30 minute demo so you can decide if it's for you or not (but out of the 10 places I have given demonstrations, only 1 decided it wasn't for them - every other one booked regular sessions!)
