Hereford Voice Posted January 28, 2023 Report Share Posted January 28, 2023 Concerns were raised with Gloucestershire Constabulary regarding a female using an e-scooter to transport a young child on a daily basis. scotterhv.mp4 Officers attended and observed a 4year old being transported in this way and vehicle was seized.
