Well deserved Congratulations!

Good Morning

 

I don't have much information but I have been advised the event will take place on Saturday 11 June 2016 from 2 pm to 5 pm.  Unfortunately, I don't have any more detail at the moment.

We have an event on Easter Sunday at Belmont Community Centre, a High Tea and Fun Quiz from 3 pm to 5 pm.  I am unable to upload the poster at the moment but will email it to Colin and ask him to attach.

 

We are also going to be holding an event for younger Children in Connection with the River Festival.  More details to follow and it will be on the date of the River Festival.

I have used the Centre on several occasions, every time I have been there have always been people waiting.  It offers a great service for the community, with the reassurance that you will get seen by someone regardless of how long the queue is. 

 

It is already difficult trying to get Doctors appointments which are outside the standard 9 am to 5 pm times.  In my experience you have to give at least a weeks notice if you want an appointment after 5pm. 

 

I have signed and shared the petition but whatever happens we need to be assured that the community have a service that works for everyone.

I reported to BBLP via their on line system, unfortunately haven't been able to login until now to update you.

 

Also, there are places on Herefordshire Council Website where people can log issues with trees, roads, graffiti etc.  Here are some links and via these pages it is automatically passed to BBLP for review and action.

 

Litter bin issues: 

Come along and see some of our stalls. Doors open at 10 am for buyers. Hope to see you there.

We are holding a coffee morning at the centre on Saturday 26th September at 10 am. Would love people to come along for tea and cake and provide a donation to Macmillan. Hope to see you there.

Due to the temporary closure of Hereford library, the library at Belmont will be open for longer with effect from tomorrow. Our new hours are:

 

Monday closed

Tuesday 9.30 am to 5 pm

Wednesday 9.30 am to 5 pm

Thursday 9.30 am to 5 pm

Friday 9.30 am to 7 pm

Saturday 10 am to 4 pm
