Hereford Voice Posted January 7, 2022 Report Share Posted January 7, 2022 West Mercia Police have confirmed that today, Ben Armstrong, aged 48, from Dyfed, Wales, has been charged with murder and assaulting an emergency worker. He has been charged in relation to the murder of a 78-year-old woman that occurred on Thursday 6 January in Moreton Eye, Herefordshire.
