Hereford Voice Posted November 27, 2020 Report Share Posted November 27, 2020 Cabinet approves first steps in Council building it's own Council houses which it will retain ownership of, outside the householder right to buy mechanism, and which will provided quality affordable houses that are affordable to own or rent and affordable to run, being built to the very best passive energy standards. This welcome move gives the first time buyers, renters and those trying to get onto the property ladder a real opportunity to do that in the county.
