Hereford Voice Posted January 9 Report Share Posted January 9 A spokesperson for Friends of the Upper Wye said; "We have just recorded our highest phosphate levels ever at Bredwardine Bridge: 0.29 ppm, more than 4 times the target set by the Environment Agency for this section of this fragile and failing river.
