Interesting that the owner of the hotel is very quiet - He is obviously content with the situation.
The owners do not care nor do they care about their staff. Yet it’s the poor staff that need their job and have been put in this unwanted situation that have had to put up with abusive phone calls from the public. This is not fair to them as I know they are being informed of nothing.
