Morris dancing is fun, friendly and fantastic for your physical and mental health and well-being. Foxwhelp Morris, a local Morris side of women and men, and based in southern Herefordshire, are recruiting for new members. No experience is necessary and taster sessions will be provided for men and women who want to come along to try it and see what it is all about.
Foxwhelp Morris started in 1998 and performs in pubs and festivals in Herefordshire and the border with mid-Wales, performing traditional Morris dances with sticks, hankies, bells, music and a Morris dog!
Everyone is very welcome to come along to a practice and have a try. We are a friendly welcoming bunch and it is always lovely to see new faces.
Foxwhelp Morris practices at Moccas Village Hall (HR2 9LE) on Tuesday evenings between 7.30pm and 9pm, and afterwards we go for a drink together at a local pub.
