  1. I read the this private property is possibly the owner of the chippy, regardless of that, people cannot be seen to start hanging their own advertisements on street signs, maybe a sign in their garden would be more appropriate if the neighbours are okay with it.
  2. I just responded on the FB page but yes this happened to me before Xmas, parked in Castle St but I had input the number for St Owens St, I was issued a ticket and they would not remove the fine even though I could prove that I had paid to park for an hour, I'm sure that I had input Castle St so it could be a bug with the app regardless of that if you have paid to park the council should revoke the ticket, its expensive enough to park in Hereford as it is
  3. This has turned into a complete farce tbh, its NEVER going to happen, if we are not careful we will lose this opportunity forever.
  4. I should not laugh really but I did find this quite funny
  5. We loved it too, it was a beautiful day for them and the crowds, nobody does a Royal day better than England :)
  6. I cannot see how people can blame the Conservatives most of the time it is down to poor management at the top with businesses it was no different under Labour, come on! Unfortunately this is a sign of the times, I get fed up of going into my local shop and when I cannot find my seize they ALWAYS tell me to go online, nothing like encouraging shoppers to go elsewhere eh.
  7. The is no need for this to happen, it looks like there is a lot of clothes which could of been left at either a clothes bank or charity shop. I hope they catch these people.
  8. This is getting interesting, you have been very busy with the website. I do like the new layout and changes.
  9. Oh yes please, something to look forward to this year, this looks like it could be a good day and if successful may lead to bigger and better concerts in the future, they have to start somewhere so not a bad lineup for the first concert.
  10. It was really lovely, the weather was perfect and Prince William came over and had a chat with lots of people. I was very close to him. A perfect gentlemen.
  11. I see that Supersams in Eign St has been raided again and they still continue to sell dodgy cigarettes! http://www.herefordtimes.com/news/15473598.Illegal_cigarettes_seized_from_Hereford_shop/
  12. Well done to all those people that made this possible. Lovely to see this memorial restored to its original condition and the names of those people who gave the ultimate sacrifice revealed and honoured once again.
  13. Too many cyclists on footpaths these days it is ridiculous.
  14. Where are you getting these figures, because this does not add up at all. How can Poland with a population less than half of that of the UK (37 million) have the highest level of disability in Europe? Germany has a population of over 80 million, Italy has a population of over 60 million, France has over 66 million, Ukraine has over 40 million and Spain has a population of over 45 million. Disability in EuropeThe total number of the population with a long-standing health problem or a disability (LSHPD) in 25 European countries is estimated to account for more than 45 million citizens. [ii] These European Union statistics only refer to the population that is 16 to 64 years old. [iii] This means that one in six persons (15.7%) of the working age population (aged 16 to 64) has either a long-standing health problem or a disability. [iv] One European in four declares having a member of their family affected by a disability. [v] At 32.2% Finland has the highest percentage prevalence of long standing disability in the European Union.[vi] The Netherlands has the third highest prevalence of disability in the European Union with 25.4% of their population. [vii] 6.6% of the Italian population are disabled, one of the lowest figures in the European Union. [viii] 5.8% of the Romanian population have a long term disability. [ix] There are over 10 million disabled people in Russia. Approximately 700,000 of these are children and young adults up to the age of 18. [x] The United Kingdom has the second highest prevalence of disability with 27.2% of the population having a long-standing health problem or disability.
