With the standard of driving around Hereford I would not be surprised to find an Examiner who was a millionaire with bribes!

Wasn't there a scheme at one time to build a slip road onto and off Newtown Road to allow

 Bulmers' lorries to access their site without going through town?

I know when it's near Christmas time, the knocks on the door saying "Trick or Treat" and the Mother-in-Law showing off on her Broomstick. 

Just park anywhere. The rest of Hereford seem to. And neither do they care who they inconvenience!

Too true. What is cheaper, losing revenue from a car park for three days, or paying out 10's of thousands for legal places where they won't go anyway. 

Which is why us residents of Bobblestock and Three Elms do not want our lovely green fields built on or a useless bypass to feed said houses. It is a farce, when a "consultation" by the developers, has a plan of the proposal with street names and house numbers already written in! Consultation! Done deal me thinks. And all to bolster the nearly empty coffers of the church!!

Because, Ipusseycat, the tax payers in England pay for road repairs in Wales. Plus free prescriptions, Police Forces, Social Services and wage top-ups for DVLA staff who had to move to Swansea. All this because of the soft government pandering to the Welsh Assembly. And don't get me started on paying double for road markings in Welsh and English, when 94% of the residents of the Principality cannot speak their own native language. I am not Racialist or Nationalist , just realistic and trying to answer your question.

BBLP has no money left! Layoffs in the offing for their employees and Tarmac. Nothing left to re-lay roads or fill potholes. A bloody shambles.

I cycle from home, Bobblestock, to the Rail Station and back daily. The part of Grandstand Road by the mini island junction with Yazor Road is subsiding. I'm all for starting a campaign group.

I smell a rat!

Whilst riding my bike to the rail station in the week to catch the 0642 to work, I am always held waiting at the junction of Commercial, Aylestone and the road to the station whilst green lights come on at all four crossing points when no-one has pressed a button to cross! The other day, there was just myself and a Police BMW waiting.Even the bobbies were shaking their heads at the pathetic system. Makes you want to ride on the pavement to miss them. There again, I bet if I had done that, I would have got a ticket!  Ragwert, the same happens when I ride down Blackfriars, Pedestrian lights on - NO PEDESTRIANS. Total f**k up.

They say they are going to build op the pool to make it shallower for a training pool, why not just lower the water! Lot cheaper! Seriously, I think it's better that all the children learn to swim rather than have the facility not used.

It's too late. They got in again, now time to re-line the back pocket.

Apparently it's leaving Crewe @ 1200. Passing through Chester, Whitchurch, Shrewsbury, Craven Arms and Ludlow. Due to arrive Hereford circa 1700. It is due in Paddington @ 2000 so seems right. Definite must see.

Try Holmer. The school has an agreement with the leisure centre to allow free parking for drop off and collection. The amount of parents who park in the Texaco garage, the bus stop and the retail park opposite is ridiculous, all because they cannot be bothered to walk 150 yards. And while I'm on a rant, the number of parents that I see crossing Holmer road,dodging in between traffic is downright stupid. Teach your child road safety! There are two Pelican crossings within 100 yards of each other, a pain for traffic but a boon for road safety. 

Like Clarkester rightly said. Do not exceed the speed limit and you're fine.  It is a Speed Limit, not a Speed Target!

How many coaches in Hereford at 0630 this morning? Got to be heading for the 100 mark!
