Why is so much through traffic still allowed to use Newmarket/Blueschool Streets when the plan was for it to use the Link Road, This would then allow work to those streets so as to provide an easier pedestrian connection between the OLM and the city centre and a more pleasant environment?

What happened to the trial turning off of the Asda lights after you were given aproval from Highways England to do so.

They were not given permission for a trail and this is still ongoing we spoke with Cllr Harrington about this earlier today.

Just how many years is it going to take for the transport hub to be provided at the railway station? Once that is in place the existing bus station (with the cinema) can be redeveloped to provide housing. Surely it is not that difficult?

Or what was originally planned ,a multi storey car park with consession parking for Hospital staff. What happend to this idea? Is it still on the plans.

What progress is being made on the election pledge to 'fundamentally' review the Balfour Beatty Living Places contract? In the light of the Link Road overspend and the ongoing debacle that is the Fownhope repair, the need has never been more urgent. At a more macro level, why is the quality of repairs to potholes and pavements by them so bad and why is it allowed to continue? As a construction professional, I see work every day by BBLP that I just would not accept - who on the Council side is checking and signing off this work, and why? There is a place for the old fashioned 'Clerk of Works' if outsourcing is to continue.

The County has never been able to rally around a strategic vision for it’s long term infrastructure and development. This is a centuries old shortcoming of the county that has always been comfortable in the slow lane while rival cities have moved past us in terms of connectivity and associated economic prosperity. Does the councillor agree that hereford needs to be administered by a larger  and more detached governmental entity. One able to take and stick to decisions with long development and delivery horizons.
