If you want to feel fantastic throughout pregnancy while developing strength and flexibility, this yoga class is perfect for you.
In a supportive environment that welcomes everyone, I offer a flowing form of pregnancy yoga that will leave you more confident and physically powerful as you move through each stage of pregnancy which is why my classes are purposefully dynamic to build strength and to make you feel active during this vital and magical time. You’ll feel calmer, sleep better and be more emotionally prepared for new motherhood, with huge benefits to both you and your baby.
The poses and sequences I use will enhance your pregnancy experience by improving your breathing, posture and creating a sense of greater space for your growing baby. Poses will also help with optimal fetal positioning (OFP), which is something you’ll be thankful for when you go into labour. The classes are designed for students of all levels and at all stages of pregnancy.
You’ll also find them a great way to expand your pregnancy support network and to exchange information with other women at the same life stage.
