megilleland Posted April 8, 2015 Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT NORTHOLME ROAD BELMONT HEREFORD Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The County of Herefordshire District Council intends to dispose of the public open space land at Northolme Road by way of community asset transfer: Copies of plans showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the Customer Insight Unit Franklin House Commercial Road Hereford. They can also be inspected on the Councils website here. Any objections regarding the intended disposals can be made in writing to Tony Featherstone, Head of Corporate Asset Management, Herefordshire Council, P O Box 4 Plough Lane Hereford HR4 0LE or by email to afeatherstone@herefordshire.gov.uk no later than 23rd April 2015.
